During my recent stay at Maple Lodge, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, from the guard who assisted me with parking to the friendly front desk staff. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, situated conveniently in the heart of Batu Pahat Town. The room itself was spacious and equipped with modern amenities like Iflix and a good internet connection. The cleanliness of the room was evident, with toiletries provided and everything inside the hotel being brand new. I also appreciated the presence of Starbucks coffee downstairs for a quick caffeine fix. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, strategic location, and comfortable accommodations.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect; it was easy to get transportation around this city, and the parking was ample. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They provided excellent service. Everything inside the hotel was new and clean, and the hotel's facilities were modern, including the online TV channels. I enjoyed watching a lot of things on Youtube, and the WIFI was fast.

Nothing negative to say.

The hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to shopping and dining. There is a coffee shop in the lobby, which is an added bonus for caffeine lovers. The rooms are spacious, clean, with great toiletries provided. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming.

The receptionist was a bit overbearing with the non-smoking policy when we checked in, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Some areas inside the hotel and even the rooms had some dust and debris, which could have been cleaner.

Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as internet and Android TV. the friendly staff provide exceptional and fast service, and toiletries are provided in the bathrooms.

There may be some difficulty with luggage if arriving by car as parking is far and it can be a hassle for those with small children or mobility concerns.

The hotel is very clean, new and fresh. Friendly staff and fast service. Breakfast buffet is fulfilling. Powerful and relaxing shower. Convenient location. Starbucks next door. TV with online channels. Modern interior deco. Spacious and cozy room. Great water pressure and hot water. Complete amenities. Helpful staff.
